Job Summary:
UISAT LLC is seeking an entry-level IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, hire and retain the best IT talent in the industry. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, network administrators, data scientists, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent with the assistance of the Director of Recruiting and Marketing.Conduct thorough candidate reviews, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and requirements.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:
- Must be expressive in tell and writing English.
- Must be responsible for completing daily activities with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
- Experience with interviewee tracking systems and other enlist tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work separately and as piece of a team.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks piece of work and grade workload..
Remuneration:
PKR 25,000 Salary + PKR 50,000 Perks (for each successful placement)
